purchased a radio handset for motorola radio. The item that was delivered did not work and was not the item pictured. Took 4 calls to get initial call back (over 10 days time), then they agreed to send info for return, and obtained my CC for purchase of a new more expensive mic. Nothing happened and 10 more days passed. No mic, no refund or return instructions, and now I am stuck with a mic I can't use. Nice going Earphone Guy?!!@! Never recommend you to anyone, because it is not the way business should be done.

At least you got a call.... I purchased a Streamlight battery, they were fast to debit my acct, but a month later it took 3 emails and 2 voicemails (all with no response) before I got thru to a person.

He said the order showed "at our warehouse" and didnt appear to go any further...and would check and call me back in a few minutes.

4 days later and no call... when calling back its always their " customer service" representatives are busy.
