Hello sir,

I want to make a complaint about my shopping experience at Casa Pons at Dubai Mall. I bought 2 small bags of tea there and was charged AED870 which is like a lot higher than what other stores would charge.

I am a visitor here and I felt I was taken advantage of. The goods do not have price tag. The staff did not even measure the product. This was a really bad experience which I think is detrimental to Dubai Malls reputation as well.

I went back to the shop the next day requesting refund(didnt open the bag), the staff refused.

Their attitude is bad as well. Will never go back to this shop.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy at ARABESQ GOURMET (Casa Pons), it’s over priced!
