Verified ReviewerResolved: Refuses to acknowledge order cancellation-leaves company phone off hook and ignores emails. Then sends order anyway, arriving late, and refuses to provide return label.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. No apology.
No explanation for prior very extended failure to respond. Refund but did not include what I had to pay to return the very very very late delivery. Had ignored cancellation of order from prior to shipment. Had ignored request for return label.
But did refund purchase price. Don’t Shop at this Website!
None were answered. I concurrently attempted to telephone The Dreidel Company at 754-444-**** for days on end. It always rang immediately busy. The phone company indicated to me that the phone was off the hook or out of service.
I also reached out to them through Facebook Messenger with no response. On Dec 12th when I returned home from visiting family for our Hanukkah celebration I found the package from them that I no longer have any use for. I then messaged and emailed that I needed to receive a return shipping label and have a credit issued by end of business on December 11th.
Still no response. I will be filing complaints with The Better Business Bureau and every consumer complaint website I can find.
