The Dow Chemical

I talk to a woman by name of Angela at customer service she told me today that she emailed the person thats in charge of the plant about a week and half ago. I left my name.

Phone number, and email address but I havent heard back from. The job that I work for currently has contract with Dow chemical the incident happen back in 06/2017 I was just trying get and answer if they let comeback on Dow chemicals, the incedent occurred at Dow chemical on tidal rd Houston,Tx I would greatly appreciate it if they would let back on the facilities at Dow chemicals

I am currently being quarantined for Covid, but was never diagnosed with it or had symptoms. In fact, I have negative test results.

The distributor you gave me in port Charlotte doesnt carry your products so I ordered on Amazon and it will take nearly a month to receive the product. Not very good customer service

Honestly, what's really sad about all this is...I've used this Great Stuff before - without ANY Problems. Of course the "single - use" clause is

easily overlooked.....but what Really REALLY torqued my gears is;

The "best if used by date" (on the bottom of the can) AND there's No Notice about an expiration date!

I still have a receipt from Loew's from 2014, when I purchased (2) of these cans. I recently wanted to use a can and after shaking for about 3 minutes, I removed the cap & screwed on cheap plastic straw that directs the foam. Got glasses on & gloves and - NOTHING - No Flow (fast or slow) & tried again (squeezing harder) - SNAP top of can nozzle broke off) - I tried again with another can - figuring it was a fluke .....shook can vigorously for 5 minutes - went through the same routine - SNAP AGAIN! ?

1 can had a 2009 date on bottom & other had 2016 date on bottom! Does DOW have a metal (or strong) nozzle - to use when original break?

Second one and cleaned it with screw on cleaner quite aggressively.

Called Dow and they absolutely suck.

30 day warranty they state. Not in my State which is Maine.

Nobody to complain to.

Use another product from now on.

Had a can of "Great Stuff" for some time; never had to use it. Pulled it out today for a plumbing job.

While securely fastening straw so it wouldn't leak, THE WHOLE NOZZLE BROKE OFF INSIDE THE STRAW. WITH NO WAY TO EXTRACT THE PRODUCT, I HAVE SUFFERED 100% LOSS OF PRODUCT. The nozzle is made of the thinnest, softest plastic imaginable; nice product development, DOW! BTW, there is NO way to register such complaints with them.

All they provide is a 'Contact Us' page, which only allows you to get information FROM THEM.

DOW is amazing - They respond by refuting negative reviews having the same identical problems, which are attributed to bad product design, not the customers' expiration dates or holding it wrong, etc. And 90% of their reviews on their website are NEGATIVE.

The product delivery straws breaks, or jams patency. The straw easily unscrews while using it, so the product squirts out the attachment hub and over your hands and can; or the trigger bends making it unusable. The product does not stick to the surfaces easily during application, so it rolls off like shaving cream. But it sticks to everything else where you don't need it.

About 25% of the cans run out of pressure leaving 1/3 of the product in the can! This product has more negative hits than positive from users, including myself.
