Diamond ring keeps losing diamonds

My husband bought me a ring in 2023 for Christmas, since owning it I have had to take it back more than 4 times to have it repaired.I have to take it every three months to be inspected, so any issues are corrected free of charge.

So, every three months i have taken it back, the last time being in August 2024 to have it fixed again because it lost another diamond.

When then I went back in November on my daughters 21st birthday and left it with them while we shopped so it could be inspected.

After 34 hours of shopping we went back and picked up the ring.

In January 2025 it lost another diamond so i took the ring back to be told they would not repair it because i had not been taking it back every three months which is untrue the sales person called me a liar because we had no documents to show i had taken it, and they had nothing on file since 2023 to show i had been back, which is completely *** because i had taken the ring back because it had lost another stone and i also complained a few days when i picked it up that they ring had started to look really bad after the repairs this time.

I had also made a complaint through Facebook Messenger which showed i had been in contact with the store about the same thing.

The manager was meant to get in contact with us twice and never did, i also got a reply just last week saying the manager would contact me and again nothing.

They claim that i should have papers to show it was inspected we have never been given one for the inspections or repairs.

The staff member that evening was super rude to us even after i showed i had contacted them on several occasions after the ring was repaired in 2024.

My Ring has a lifetime guarantee to be fixed as long as i take it back every three months which i have done and then suddenly after 4 repairs and one year of terrible workmanship which has affected the look of the ring, they have refused to help.

i took the ring to be inspected at other jewelers who were disgusted at the way i had been treated and disgusted at the bad workmanship on the ring, and they also said it was so bad they would have been ashamed to have handed the ring back to me! they were appalled that the DIAMOND RING COMPANY HAD NO SHAME.
