Delivery issues again and again
I have cancelled my subscription again. About four months ago I was approached by a young man to subscribe to the post.
I said no at first because of previous delivery issues .He assured that those problems had been addressed. Well not really. I signed up for the Sunday, Wednesday and Holiday paper. I have only received 1 Wednesday paper, no July 4 paper and no
Sunday paper for 7/9.
This problem still has not been fixed and it seems to be ongoing with no end in sight. Extending the paper for extra weeks does not help if it is not delivered.

For the past week I have not received my digital Denver Post subscription, even though my Evening Post emails have remained uninterrupted. I called every day last week and have only been given a different bunch of mumbo-jumbo every day with no results.
Then today I tried to call on both customer service numbers and the calls keep disconnecting. I would like my subscription fixed ASAP and I want a credit for the week of service I missed . My monthly billing date is coming up very soon. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BILLING ME UNTIL THIS IS FIXED.
As a subscriber for more than 50 years I expect better treatment than this. GET IT DONE!
