Where is my order
I ordered a part for my DB method. I lost the foot claw, only one, so I ordered it as well.
I took the $1.50 extra protection plan but still, there has been no delivery. I never heard back from DB with answers to the much-needed part.

Db machine injury
Fell off the DB machine as there is no resistance for gravity . Went to hospital for injury . Need to return and get reimbursed .

The DB METHOD (a pricey exercise machine) has the absolute WORST customer service I have experienced in years!!! I bought one at the beginning of the company, 3 years ago.
I liked it, but it squeaked and was a bit wobbly. I abandoned it for a couple of years in the corner of my bedroom and started back up yesterday- when it promptly BROKE!! I contacted the company and was told that they didn't sell that model anymore and there was NOTHING they could do!!! NOTHING!!!
This is an American company with ZERO customer loyalty. Please help me pass it on!!!

The front of handles on the bottom of the handle bar there is 2 holes on the bottom bar that hold the handle bars and the bottom of handle bar also has 2 holes that look as though they should have screws to connect them to each other.
Harassing customer service, censorship, faulty product, no refund?!?!
Under new federal law, companies are forbidden from restricting, prohibiting or penalizing consumer-posted reviews of the company or its goods or services. The company called the DB method constantly is in violation of this law as they omit any review of a product that reveals faulty merchandise or misleading information.
They bully their customers so that nobody will know the truth and I am a victim of this. Not only via Facebook in their group page, but also via messenger and eventually my email. They are threatening me and saying that my posts which purely asked if anyone else was experiencing these issues were defamation of character. I will happily sue back for he micro aggressions they are continuing to harass me with.
This page needs to be investigated.
CENSORSHIP of SOLD MERCHANDISE is ILLEGAL. They are sketchy and inappropriately taking peoples money for poorly designed product far from advertised items.
I have been ripped off completely, sold faulty product and had constant refusals to refund my money back.
