- - Daughter paid; we paid in person and learned later.

Daughter paid for tickets. We didn't know this until after we had paid, in person, for the tickets ourselves.
Came back and asked them to void the transactions as we already had paid entry and they said their policy is not to offer refunds.
Refund policy was nowhere to be found where I paid, and I can't confirm if they had a policy on the receipt because the retained the ticket which doubles as a receipt. Highly recommend you stay away.
