CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
PLEASE CANCEL my subscription Ive tried & I went round & round trying to cancel my subscription. Pretty tricky the way they keep you hanging. A phone call tells you to use the web, but when you do UNFORTUNATELY you find NO WHERE TO FIND THAT ENABLES YOU TO CANCEL.

Ignoring me
Tried an exchange, owed a little extra, said my card was an invalid number even tho it's the same card I bought the item with. I emailed you with no response. Running out of time to return and I have a major surgery in 2 days with a 2 month recovery, I will physically be unable to return the item. Refund my money and I'll return the order.

Keep cancelling and they keep charging
I keep cancelling my account, and they keep charging my account. They took out a total of 30 dollars since I cancelled and I want it back and don't charge me any more.
User's recommendation: Make sure you know that they are charging you 10 dollars, cause they are.

I'm turning you in to the BBB if you don't know what this is it is the better business bureau. I'm going to tell them how when you cancel you just keep charging. You owe me thirty dollars and I want it back.stop doing business and ripping people off.
