Harassed by employee/supervisor
My name is Jamica Elliott, I work for Goodwrx doing guest attending services/ Housekeeping. On Tuesday one of the girls that works for housekeeping was very rude and negative to me.
She was talking to me crazy and telling other girls that she dont like me and I dont know the reason, she been lying on me and telling the supervisor that I was wearing gloves when I clean, Brittany has been telling other girls that she gonna get me fired cause she dont like me. I have no problem with anybody else and yesterday she try to get an attitude with me but the supervisor Cindy walk up so she walk away, today I go into work and she harassed me again, she violated my rights as a person and employee. She lied and said I dont wear gloves and that i was refusing to put them which I never refuse to wear them, the supervisor Sophie call me to the office and lied and said that Goodwrx block me from going to the hotel which I call them and at first they said that they never block me and then they text me back an hour later and said Brittney call them and told them I refuse to wear gloves and that I wasnt going by the rules. Which is a lie, I have been working at the hotel for a few weeks.
Never had a problem with any rules or listings to them, I go by the rules she got me block from working and the supervisor never ask me anything or talk to me about the situation. When I was walking out the building Brittany said I run this not you and said bye and started laughing.
Last week I was wearing the gloves and I guess the cleaning spray got into my gloves and burned my skin which I did report it. I am going on Monday to file a lawsuit against The D and the housekeeping department

They have owed me over $100 for months now... And last time I called inquiring about it they were extremely rude

Refused to refund
My flight to Vegas was canceled. When I phoned hotel, they assured me that my deposit would be refunded.
Its been a month. I called hotel and ended up talking to the manager, Chase. He refused to refund my deposit. The notation in w computer was that I was a no show.
He could care less that I did, in fact, call. I was told that my deposit would be refunded. Im short - zero customer service.
All I got from The D Hotel was a big *** we dont care. Have a nice day!

Good morning. I was informed by the desk receptionist that I would be credited $50 for food and drinks when they could not provide us with rooms with 2 queens.
We had to go to the front desk in the next morning to get our room switched. This credit was not properly applied into the room and I find it upsetting that this compensation for the inconvenience want applied properly.
Also we had cigarette burn holes on our sheets which we only noticed as we were about to go to sleep.
This was unacceptable.
I request that either a discount be applied to our reservation since we had made this reservation on 9/22/22, almost 9 months before hand. What is the point of a reservation if it is not able to be held for us properly!

No maid service!
We checked in on a Monday. Got charged an additional $135 for a Resort fee for 4 nights.
We hung the Clean the Room sign out for service on Tuesday morning. . By Wednesday (we ran out of towels) called and they sent us new towels. NO MAID SERVICE WAS PROVIDED!
Upon checkout (on FRIDAY) we were informed we had to REQUEST Maid service! Why are they charging an outrageous resort fees for no service? Our room was right over the stage and it was so loud it was beyond belief! Casino area way too smokey!
Icing on the cake was front desk never cancelled our transport and got charged for ride we never got!
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! THE DUMP Write to Beercan Boyd
