Problems with my ap

My cancelation policy can't be set up until the account verification has been completed but the app shows my bank account is connected and active. The cut says 2 days to be completed but this is the 3rd day with no response via email or call . I find this strange being that I'm a new customer with no experience with the cut app associates.

I didn't sign up with you and you are trying to take money out of my bank account and I will lose my vehicle tomorrow and my check and I need you to refund my money back right now!!!!!

I didn't sign up with you and you all trying withdraw money out of my bank account and you have me $145.90 worth on overdraft and I have a check getting deposited in the morning and I need that money to pay my car payment or I will lose my vehicle and my check and I am not happy and I been trying to get this fixed today since 8:30am
