No show!!! Didn't show up, was late.

He didn't call and said he's going to get here in 15 minutes but never did. That's why I want my refund in full. Please, next time tell your people to keep their word. Don't be wasting my time.

I work 10 hours a day; don't be wasting time, sleep, and stressing me out.

It's the first time this happens to me. Just give me my refund.

For years? So now something changed you've been holding my money and have not given me proper notification or help , ask for this, received a phone call by this time.

holding 4k dollars as long as they have it's preposterous. I guess you think I don't need it which is not the case...

Verification denied

This is the worst. They denied verification and I've been going back and forth for 3 days.

I upgraded to pro, and nothing changed. It's just not worth the time. This is a waste of time. I want a refund and can't get a response.

Don't waste your time or money on the Cut app.

Use Booksy instead. I'm done with the Cut app.

Problems with my ap

My cancelation policy can't be set up until the account verification has been completed but the app shows my bank account is connected and active.

The cut says 2 days to be completed but this is the 3rd day with no response via email or call .

I find this strange being that I'm a new customer with no experience with the cut app associates.
