Predatory Business - immature owner who bullies you
I had purchased a 30 minute segment to tape in their studio, they never delivered their taping. I called and asked for a refund 2 weeks later..
The owner belittled me, called me a moron, harassed me.. insulted me. When I had asked him to stop, he wouldn't .. he continued to yell.
He proceeded to text me with insults, bullies, and threats to criminialize me for black mail if I exposed his bad business practices on YELP, Google or BBB, anywhere on social media.. also threatening to harm me socially and sue me for leaving a review.. which is my constitutional right... I had to literally block his texting as this went on for hours...
He put be down, because I'm a woman, because I'm an actress, because of my name, he put down my intelligence.. All because I asked for a refund of $68.75 as I never received my taped audition

Preferred solution: They are suing me for defamation and slander as I left a google review. I'd like the lawsuit lifted and revoked. I'm on my way to the Police Station to report bullying, and harassment by the owner.

I have had a similar experience with threats. Did they ever actually sue you, or was it just a threat?
