This company was hired to replace a patio cover destroyed by the winter storms earlier this year. Part of the installation was done incorrectly. I reached out to the company to make corrections on June 3rd; it was over 5 weeks later before anyone was sent to repair their work, and we kept getting put off for one reason or another. Taylor, one of the owners, is not one for dealing well with less-than-satisfied customers; he gets very hostile, loud, and very unprofessional,
User's recommendation: Use caution when hiring this company, particularly if you are of color; my sense is that White customers—even unhappy ones—are treated with a lot more respect.
