Incorrect product

The Cosmetics Company Store - Incorrect product
I went to store in Gloucester Quays yesterday- 7/01/22 and your assistant Attiya helped me choose a foundation from your testers, I took the box from behind the tester but when I got it home it was a much darker shade. I rang the store and was told that they cannot accept returns which I understand but I have not opened the bottle and hope you can help as I am a quite regular customer

The Cosmetic Company store

I purchase a eye brow pencil from The Cosmetic Company Store Concord Mills Mall om Thursday October 13, 2013. 6 days later I went in to ask for exchange or store credit because the product would not stay on. I did not have my receipt and the lady there would not do anything with out the receipt. The receipt ( I have one from a purchase yesterday) does not say you have to have it to exchange or get store credit. She would not do anything. I will not shop here again, what a rip off. I was not asking for refund, I could understand no refund without a receipt .
