Assault and battery by jail staff
- - I turned myself in for a ticket; asked for care all night but got none; jail pulled me to the lobby, then I went to hospital with injuries.
Called the police department to see if I could turn myself in over a ticket I had. I did and had sealed medication with me.
I asked for medical attention for the entire night and never got it. I seen the judge he said I would be out in a hour. When I first walked out the jail cell door I requested help and slid down the wall. The jail staff told the other jail staff to grab my feet they drug me threw the jail out into the lobby.
I hit the dispatch button asking for help and they told dispatch they had it under control. Needless to say.
Went to the hospital and have a slipped disc and sprang kneck and knee. no
