The Colony Apartments - Maintenance very bad
Don't rent in this apartments, bad service. No maintenance. Running water, and sewer floods.please don't rent. No air condition or heater. The colony apartments on Coker street behind Irving art center and McArthur. 75062 Irving Texas. We loose all of our furniture and belongings. The owner hasn't responded to us, the city of Irving is not doing nothing to help us, we are not the only one renters who has suffered. The manager can't do nothing and Miguel the maintenance guy is super busy fixing some other things.

User's recommendation: Stay away of this apartments.
