Went to coffee club Gladstone qld store id0094. Went to place order and hoping for a good experience but after 94026 Sarah f took my order she was very helpful and pleasant the experience ended in a big hurry.i ordered a mug of black tea when they brought it out it was a little cup, asked for English breakfast tea and got a ordinary tea when I asked the waiter that we wanted English breakfast tea she told me we don't have English breakfast tea Dilmah don't make it only ordinary tea which is *** Ordered scrambled eggs and toast look like they couldn't afford any butter for the toast as it was dry and no butter. The owner was sitting outside maybe he needs to take more interest in his business as it has gone down hill in a big way since I last went there

Visited 24th Feb, purchased a Big Breakfast, only to recieve it after 20mins, eggs that were stone cold (pre-cooked), no sausages, when I was told they were included. The only thing in the plate that was hot was a grilled tomotoe request that I included extra.
When I complained, no one did anything, not a single apology. Then I asked for the manager, who was sitting on the centre table in the store. I told him and said that the store would not last 5 mins in Sydney, at which he stood up and told me "I should FXXK off back to Sydney.". This was one of the most disgusting things I have heard from anyone.
Professionalism details that a apology is given, and the customer issue is correctly.
Clearly it seems like this moron shouldnt be dunning a store. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT!!!
