Pretty yet pricey, Arcis Golf needs to invest in staff and management quality.
Price and pretty location not living up to expectations as a result of staff or training or lack of management attention? Arcis golf is the parent company and needs to step up to the plate to live up to its "billing of a high end" venue. Over priced and not worth it for a wedding rec
User's recommendation: Look elsewhere till Arcis Golf fixes wedding and banquet service.

Poor Service and Management Attention by Ruby Hill or Arcis Golf
I am a wedding planner, challenging times indeed during a Coronavirus outbreak! However, the time off has given me an opportunity to evaluate my company direction, personal values and integrity of the vendors such as Ruby Hill Golf Club for weddings. Pretty and elegant settings like Ruby Hill are not cutting it. It is insufficient, it is hollow just to be around pretty, with an attitude of " how lucky you are to rent our setting " from the staff of Ruby Hill Golf Club in Pleasanton. Weddings are special moments filled with anticipation, high expectations of the wedding parties and their guests. It is a special moment to be treasured, remembered and valued. It has huge personal significance, relevance and meaning. Take a look at the wedding of Kerry Anne and Michael Gordon, at a George Floyd, Black Lives Matter Protest in Philadelphia! Most vendors understand, respect and go out of their way to contribute to that special moment. However, the management and staff at Ruby Hill Golf Club fell flat on its face. It has a BBB rating of "C" ! and does not respond to customer complaints. Check out the Better Business Bureau report on Ruby Hill Golf Club! Ruby Hill Management does not even respond to a complaint ! Arcis Golf, the owners of Ruby Hill Golf Club, has a string of nationwide courses it owns, has the funding and infrastructure to provide better training to its staff and management. We all need to perform better in the Banquet and catering business, especially during this time. We value our customers and suppliers . We listen, and we work harder for what business is out there during this pandemic. Sadly Ruby Hill Golf Club is no longer a wedding location in the Tri-Valley / Amador Valley for us. The exorbitant fees, the arrogance of the staff and uncaring attitude of the staff and attention to detail and attitude is disgraceful for a high end venue. The club at Ruby hill represents the community as well as the residents of Pleasanton. Arrogance and shallow attitudes, without the caring personal touch is history! Try harder Ruby Hill Golf Club/Arcis Golf Management. Weddings are more than a pretty location. It takes people and attitude to make wedding memorable and to earn my business!!

The Club at Ruby Hill
A good suggestion for golf memberships or if you are planning banquets or weddings is to speak with the Ruby Hill and Pleasanton Community. Arcis Golf based in Dallas Tx is running the place down beyond fixing the club and renovating is to understand that they are an asset company - Arcis Golf makes money when they sell the asset.
Arcis Golf in Dallas is not really helping and investing the local staff to invest and promote its golf memberships or weddings...find out how many members they have for golf and how many are on the sellers list. do your homework and compare alternatives to golf or weddings at the Club in Ruby Hill owned by Arcis Golf! Take your time and look around..try Wente for golf or Lake Tahoe for weddings. Beautiful mountains vs roofs of homes.
The club looks pretty, but underneath that facade....how do they treat their clients and the local community? Beware if you are planning weddings of planning to join the club for golf.
