Parts received late. No courtesy calls.

Delays delays delays. After some questionable signs, I decided to do some online researching. Wow, unreal and inexcusable customer service. I discovered almost 20 complaints that had been filed.

I take partial responsibility for not looking more into this shop prior. I thought the services I needed were so simple that an average minded person could understand, process and complete. So glad I got my stuff back unlike others.

This is just my $.02 on what I experienced, if you had good business dealings with Jason, consider yourself fortunate. They seem to care less.

I sent my wheel to be chromed back on July 28, 2014 and it December and the guys have my money and will not return my wheel or telephone calls they full of junk. Jason is a big liar and I wheel not ever do business with this company ever again.

I am seeking a attorney in order to get my property back. Do not ever do business with this company. They are a rip off.

If you talk to a guy by the name of Jason, run fast you can. He will take your money and will not give a *** about you.

Will not make good or return any calls concerning $ 3080.00 worth of Chroming that is defective. Also has taken additional parts, approx. $ 300.00 from me, no response.

This bumper (#7), I was told there may be the chance of not being able to fix it. Was told Jason would call to discuss and let me know before chroming.

Bumper is wavy and not straight enough to look right on the car. We were charged us $ 425.00 to straighten and $ 225.00 to chrome this bumper

WE PURCHASED OVER $2,000.00 WORTH OF PARTS FROM 704 CHROME SHOP IN MARCH OF 2012, I MYSELF DIRECTLY WENT TO THE BANK AND TRANSFERRED THE MONEY TO THE OWNER JASONS ACCOUNT. IN APRIL WE WENT TO PICK UP THE PARTS...GUESS WHAT...?

WE ONLY GOT HALF AND JASON ASSURED US HE WOULD SEND IT VIA MAIL! 2 MONTHS PASSED AND STILL NO PARTS. WE CALLED AND HE SAID IT WAS THE POST OFFICE'S FAULT AND HE WOULD SEND AGAIN. 1 MONTH PASSED NO PARTS, WE CALLED HE SAID IT WAS OUR FAULT WE GAVE HIM THE WRONG ADDRESS, HE WOULD SEND AGAIN (KEEP IN MIND HE NEVER ASKED FOR THE NEW ADDRESS UPDATE) EVERY WEEK SINCE THEN WE HAVE CALLED AND ITS THE SAME *BS*.

HE HAS MORE EXCUSES THAN A COMMON THIEF! AND LIKE MANY OTHER PPL HE BECOMES AWARE OF THE PHONE NUMBER NOW AND REFUSING TO ANSWER.

I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS COMPANY AND I SEE NOW WHY THERE IS SO MANY NEGATIVE THINGS BEING PUT ON THIS SITE! PLEASE BEWARE WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE FROM WHAT HE CALLS HIS COMPANY A CHRISTIAN PLACE.

I purchase 1025.00 for chrome rims and swingarm for a motorcyle. They did not send me all the product and they also sent me the wrong size on what they did send.

Basically telling me i can't have a refund or if he does give me a refund he is going to only give me 650.00 of the 1025.00 that i paid. These people care nothing about customer service. When i tried telling him what we received and what we paid for they will not listen.

He over-talks you and only wants to listen to his own voice

Do not do business with them! They are liars and cheats

i purchased a set of cbr 929 rims in chrome for $925 back in march for an exchange. i spoke to the *** in charge by the name of jason, he swore up and down my rims would be delivered in 2 weeks or less.

a month later in may 2012, still i got no rims. i called back and he was being a complete *** about the situation and i asked for a refund. he told me he makes over $40,000 a week in chrome sales and that my money didnt matter to him. after all the dispute he promised my rims were in stock and would be shipped overnight.2weeksafter i decided to call to see what was going on with my rims.

he told me that one of his employess sold my front rim and would have another by the following day. it is now may 30th and still no rims, i called and the *** must know my number by heart because he refuses to answer my calls. i called paypal and will be getting my money refunded back to me. long story short, this guy is a piece of *** and is a bad businessman, he doesnt keep his word and doesnt give a *** about a customer.
