I had purchased a few items that were on markdown and when the cashier scanned them they came up full price

I spotted an item which the cashier marked down saying that the registers never picked up the markdown price but one slipped by and I had to go back the next day to get the marked down price. The customer service rep Carol finally made it back to her register and I explained what happened. I asked since I had to come back was it free or could I get an extra 10%. The transaction took place in silence and we were done. I flippantly said I guess you apologize for my inconvenience? She looked at me dumbfounded and said you already got 20% off I can't give u anything else. I reiterated an apology? Still nothing. Does this store downgrade customer service? I had to come back because of ur oversight unfortunately you have lost a customer.

How many dollars discount did the percentage off amount too? Did the discount pay for the gas, wear and tear on your vehicle, and your time?

I would be willing to bet it didn't. Why on earth would you get the item free or an extra 10% off. They didn't make you go back to the store, that was your decision. I would say you were the rude one by asking her to apologize to you.

Then if you used the word "reiterated" correctly, you asked again.

Talk about rude. Then, little Miss Smarty Pants, there isn't any such word as "u" or "ur."
