Today me and my family
Went to the location in Irving Texas mall and entered the childrens place and grab atleast 200 dollars worth of items while we was shopping one of yall employee named Sarah at the location decided to open a knecklace to my daughter without consulting me and my daughter dropped it on the ground while looking for clothes and someone ended up stepping on it and breaking the Necklace when we approached the cashier to pay for our items we was told that we had yo break for the Necklace that we had no idea of when we asked Sarah for the reason she stated that she opened the necklace against store policy and gave it to our daughter when we asked her you didnt have our consent To open anything for a minor while her parent were around she stated she didnt know she was a minor and went on saying how can I say no to a child I asked my daughter if she was the one who broke it and if she did I was going to pay for it and my daughter stated that she didnt break it and lost it while shopping I told the Sarah I wasnt going to pay for anything that my child break and my religion teaches me to pay for what we do wrong but for the fact that Sarah sat their and argued with us through our closing stated either we pay or leave I have been shopping with childrens placd for 9 years and today was my last time buying anything for their

Bad customer experience
I shopped at the Children's Place store on July 13th as I entered the store there was a girl doing a display she never greeted me.I continued to walk through looking for school uniforms for my son a member of management walked right passed me never asked if I needed anything or if I was finding everything okay.I kept shopping any way so the cashier only asked if I was a reward member she never asked if I wanted to redeem my rewards never said thank you or have a nice day.As I walked out there were two employees at the entrance they never acknowledged me.Out of all the people I passed no one offered customer service I think it just sucks I would have spent more money I don't see myself shopping in that store anymore.

Never received order that was never attempted to be delivered!
I placed an order online For order#448042**** in the total of $149.38. Total amount of items being shipped were 12.
I had received a prompt that it was delivered on 4/15/22 but once I contacted my God-daughter, I came to find out the package was never delivered. After further investigation and after contacting the Children's place customer's service at 1-87*-***-****, I spoke to a representative and the Manager Edwin ID# C211375 located in Bogota, Columbia, I was informed that my order was returned because the delivery person attempted to deliver the package but was not successful. However my God-daughter was home waiting for the package and no one ever came. I asked the Manager that I wanted the order redelivered and was told I was issued a refund.
I explained that a refund was not needed as I needed the items I had ordered to be delivered. I am extremely upset because no one not the courier nor Children's Place ever contacted me to inform me there was an issue. I demand a solution to the horrible customer service I have endured. Never in my life had I encountered a company not wanting my money.
I find that ridiculous and if corporate was to find out, I wonder what they would say.
I will be sending the email to Jane T. Elfers and will be posting the complaint all over social media.

DoFrom September 2021 to January 2022 I have spent $609.05 at this company. I love their deals, love their rewards but they fail to send in a late fee if your late on payment.
I put in quotes because I paid on the due date. They failed to send me a late fee charge in the mail, and since I spend so much money at this company on my child I am not in need of clothing at this moment so I havent ordered anything in the last month, didnt think to check account to see if I had any charges. This month I get a late fee for TWO MONTHS. I am never late on my payments, I have an awesome payment history (which the guy on the phone complimented me for).
This company would rather lose you as a great customer then reimburse ONE late fee. I didnt ask for both of them to knock off just the one I didnt get a bill for.
Its safe to say this company doesnt care about their customers (especially ones who probably spend over 1K a year just in Childrens clothes).
Paid my fees & cancelled my card.
There are much better companys that work with you, if this happens. Ill stick to those companys!

You weren’t doing a good job of supervising your daughter. I doubt the employee just showed her the necklace.
Your daughter obviously asked to see it. It’s a shame in a red state you don’t appreciate capitalism and invoke socialist principles when it suits you.
No worries. You will end up paying ten times at some point.
