Oversold Inventory

They have opted to get me the item from another retailer and have it shipped directly to me. I will update once I actually get the item, hopefully in time before Christmas.

I ordered a very specific Christmas present from here on December 8th. Hadn't heard a peep on the 12th, so I emailed them, only to find out they over sold on their inventory and they can't fill my order. REALLY?! Isn't that something you should tell someone right away, not waste FOUR business days that I can not get back again! If I try to order it now who knows if I will get it before our party on the 20th. It took ME contacting them to find out they didn't have the inventory. So frustrating. I lost almost a week of business days for processing and shipping that I cant get back!!!!
