Dissatisfied: Poor Service and Inappropriate Upselling
As a client of The Center for Emotional Health, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with their services. Despite clearly stating my treatment objectives and the need for clinical evaluations, they neglected to address them adequately, focusing only on areas we had already covered.
Furthermore, their attempt to upsell me on a program meant for parents with a very specific type of situation, which doesn't apply to me, was both inappropriate and disappointing.
The $3000 I spent with them feels like a complete waste, and it's evident why insurance companies choose not to engage with this organization. I strongly advise seeking treatment elsewhere.
