This place can be a bit unorganized on front and back end. Mom and Pop shop organization still 'behind the times' in processing insurance, scheduling appointments, customer service and short staffed call center. Businesses can't grow or survive long without changing names. Communicate any dissatisfactions, watch your billings and you should be okay if you decide to come here. One advantage is that they know there are limited places that offer same service and can see you rather quickly. Don't be afraid of asking questions, you are the customer and it is your health. Always check a company's references to be a responsible consumer.
