Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The order consisted of two items.
I was charged in advance for both. I received one and the packing slip listed one. There was no note regarding when the second item would be received. I could not figure out how to use their website to find out the status of delivery of the second item.
Several days passed and I sent them an email. Before they responded the next day via email, the second item was delivered. I would do the same thing I did. Wait for a couple of days and contact them.
In my email response to them, I recommended they establish a customer service number that actually went to a representative of their company and for shipments of multiple items, send a note of anticipated receipt of items not included with the shipment.
Otherwise I had no issues. The merchandise was as pictured.
