Does not listen to needs and does not communicate at all. There is no consultation.
Once they make their decision, whether you agree or not, it doesn't matter because you can't talk to anyone about it.
Their policy is: once a prescription has been submitted, their obligation is done, even though they never bothered finding out any other information or caring enough to reply when you want to talk to someone. This service is a scam and a joke.

I've used several online prescription services for a tooth infection over the past year. Every prescription service including care MD will not prescribe you enough medication or the correct dosage.
I've ended up in hospital after prescription didn't work. The hospital dr explained I was not given enough medication or the correct dosage to treat my infection. I spoke with John on live chat BEFORE i set up an account, about the dosage and he said the do prescribe the amount I needed. Once I place my order I was told a dr would call to discuss treatment.
In their terms of agreement you can not ask for a refund once prescription has been placed.
I never received a call, just an email that my prescription was sent. OF COURSE ITS NOT THE CORRECT DOSAGE OR CORRECT AMOUNT!!!

My husband had a televisit yesterday via texting, which I though was sketchy. He has a severe infection in his mouth and needed antibiotics.
We have been in touch with them, and they keep saying they're gonna send it prescription, and we still haven't gotten it and it's not been sent to our pharmacy.
This is not okay to rip sick people off.It's a televisit for a reason and the guy who responded, via text message said they were overwhelmed yesterday. No rx sent

This is a garbage company. They will lie to you and youll end needing to see a real doctor.
Dont waste your time, money or health.
I got strep throat while visiting family for the holidays. I get it a lot. I was in a very rural area and the closest clinic was 45 minutes away. CareMD told me that they would send in my prescription 4-6 hours after I submitted and paid.
I reached out repeatedly all day and night about the progress of my prescription. After waiting for 26 hours and being lied to over and over about the status of my case, I ended up having to go see a doctor 45 minutes away. The doctors office I saw sent in a prescription and I got my antibiotics within 30 minutes of leaving the office.
I requested a refund from CareMD after waiting 26 hours and within their guidelines but never received it. After I requested a refund and 34 hours after paying, they sent in a prescription.
I didnt need it because I had already seen a doctor. I have not received a refund.

I do not recommend the company they never talk to you all they do is look at your notes that you provide. I provided that I was in a lot of pain and needed a pain medicine.
They never prescribed anything until I made a bad review then they finally followed up 15 hours later, and wrote me a script for a Antibiotic which really did nothing for my pain. I expected a call or video or something. They prescribe without ever talking to you and dont even get what the root cause is.
HORRIBLE AND SLOW SERVICE. Should not take 15 hours to respond and only after you complain

I put in for a pink eye consultation at 9am and was told it would take 4 to 6 hours. 8 hours later nothing!
When I asked for a refund they tell me sorry for your inconvenience we will prioritize! I said NO THANK YOU!! Of course they didnt reply.
I imagined they would do the consultation so I cant get a refund!

I always got a message that they are assisting a customer.
4. I sent text messages, website messages and cash app requests for a refund from 12/23/22 thru 12/26/22 but they do not respond to anything.
