My recent experience with The Car Spa of Tinley Park was beyond subpar. As a loyal customer to this facility for my oil changes, and car washes, the detail side of the operation was a HUGE disappointment.
What really set me off was that my items were stolen from within my car.
(Sunglasses, Container of Change, and even my Soda Tabs). As I examined my car after getting it home I discovered my roof wasn't waxed, the 3rd row wasn't detailed, my door thresholds weren't cleaned, excess wax all over the trim or not even cleaned, my driver side wiper blade was torn, windows were smudged.
I called to speak to the manager about all these discrepancies and my missing items, and they never called back. After calling three more times, the front desk just said to bring the car back in. They had the entire day to make the car right on the first attempt.
Now I have to adjust my schedule and have the inconvenience of bringing the car in for a second time. While I understand its my responsibility to remove my valuables, its the mere principle of not stealing from the customers.
The detail job required and additional 3 hours to make the car right on the second attempt. The car looks like it should have the first time around. Management never apologized or even made sure I was happy with the final results.
They really don't care about customer satisfaction and that's unfortunate. In my additional time spent there I witnessed several other customers not satisfied with there services as well.
I will not recommend this business in the future nor will I return. Do your homework and read the reviews on other platforms.
Its Alarming how many other reviews say the same thing. Thieves, poor quality, bad customer service, the list goes on.
