The Jill Cadre Law firm unilaterally decided that she was entitled to extra compensation just before my closing. She ineffectively represented me in the purchase of a new home.
The night before thee the closing, she rewarded herself with an extra 25% above her agreed upon fee in the closing statement, when it was too late to do anything about it.
Had she been more responsive or effective during the contract review, she could have avoided alienating the buyer, the buyer's counsel and me. All around it was a unsatisfactory, disgusting performance.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
