This is a Real Estate Scam

I had a signed agreement with the Buyer Warehouse to purchase my home for $272,500. After signing the agreement, I could never reach them by phone and they would not respond to text messages.

As we approached the closing date I tried and tried to reach them to find out when and where the closing would be. 3 business days before closing, Neil Zoorani of The Buyer Warehouse called to say that they would only give us $232,500, $40,000 less than the agreed upon price. They were stringing me along, making promises they would not keep.

Run do not walk away from this business. This is a scam like the other home buying scams.
