This is a Real Estate Scam

I had a signed agreement with the Buyer Warehouse to purchase my home for $272,500. After signing the agreement, I could never reach them by phone and they would not respond to text messages.

As we approached the closing date I tried and tried to reach them to find out when and where the closing would be. 3 business days before closing, Neil Zoorani of The Buyer Warehouse called to say that they would only give us $232,500, $40,000 less than the agreed upon price. They were stringing me along, making promises they would not keep.

Run do not walk away from this business. This is a scam like the other home buying scams.

We had the same thing to happen to us. They never had contractors come out to look at the property.

They allowed people in our home before we moved out. Then wouldn't cancel the contract after we had multiple cash offers. The week before closing they wanted to drop the price because all the work that needed to be done but they knew that already.

This is a complete scam. Neil shouldn't be allowed to do what he is doing.
