The Bright Group is high end furniture company. While product maybe satisfactory, the consumer experience is anything but.
They have no idea what deadlines mean - consistently very very late.
No clue what it means to deliver what they said they would when they say they will.
They are consistently rude and generally unpleasant. Stay far away from The Bright Group if you expect to actually get what you are promised.
