Resolved: What a Joke!!

I ordered my wedding bouquet, bridal corsages, and boutonnieres from The Bride's Bouquet.Com well in time to receive them before my wedding. NOT ONLY DID IT NOT COME IN UNTIL 2 DAYS AFTER THE WEDDING, BUT THE BOX WAS COMPLETELY CRUSHED!! I asked the lady from USPS to document the package as "damaged" upon receiving it. When I opened the package, my bouquet had SEVERAL flowers missing. I immediately took photos, repackaged it, and took it to the local post office to be sent back. The woman working at the post office processed it, gave me a tracking number, and told me it would get there by the following Monday. This was July 17. Here it is, July 28, and the package had indeed been delivered on time as promised. I'm STILL waiting on my refund. I called the company only to find out the due to "overflow," they only allow calls within a small time frame Mondays through Fridays. In the recording, they suggested using email as a method to contact them. Conveniently for them, there is not mention of an email address in the outgoing message or anywhere on their website. Before my wedding, my stepmother and I had to make a mad dash to Hobby Lobby to find a new bouquet, corsages, and boutonnieres. Thank goodness for Hobby Lobby!! As for The Brides Bouquet.Com, I will never recommend them to anyone. In fact, I advise everyone to run the other direction!!
