AI Highlights
  • - Garage door on 4th floor broken for two years.
  • - They charge for stove, drawer, and carpet as wear and tear.
  • - Car break-ins occurred; police on site.

Stayed in these apartments for over two years, when I first moved in all was new. Since they have built more apps and stuff has started to happen.

The door to garage on the 4th floor has been broken for two years. Now that I’ve move do it, they are coming up with all these charhpges like for a stove, drawer, and carpet.so am I not suppose to cook on the stove - basic wear and tear and even toe of the burners were not even used..because I’m not a cook. A few months ago they have started breaking into cars...all buildings and we even have police staining 8nthe building - good that’s doing.

Save your money. Last year when I it wa s time for my renewal the system messed up and they overcharged me for months for a month to month fee for which I didn’t complain but that took all most five months to get fixed.but now they trying to charge me for normal wear and tear...ridiculous.and not worth the money for the headache and trash all over the place.

Loss:
$300
