Outrageous Restock & Poor Attitude

I ordered some parts and had them overnighted to me, I stressed to the company the urgency of the parts. I assumed everything was ok.

I received the parts and realized I needed a special part, I contacted the company and explained the situation and needed to return one part in exchange for another. They charged me a restocking fee along with surcharge of the new part. I have no problem with the surcharge but I am appalled at the snippy and poor attitude of the person I was speaking to on the phone, This is no way to run a business.

Along with charging me a restocking fee that was not mentioned anytime before the time of exchange! I would never recommend this company to anyone not only for the outrageous restocking fee, but also the poor attitude of the employees.
