This is an extremely poor company. I do not recommend anyone do business with them they lead you to believe you were making one purchase when in fact, youve made 32 purchases they conveniently continue to send to the recipient the item every 28 days and include the invoice in that package.

The original purchaser is not alerted in any way that the item has gone to the recipient.

Therefore, the credit card on file is being charged unbeknown to the original purchaser. This is not much more than a scam and its like so many companies today I will clearly make it known to all of my friends and relatives not to make any purchases from the Bradford exchange .

Want a refund. I customized my plaque and the plaque that was sent had "Georgie " name on it? I paid too much money for this for Christmas for it not to be correct and now I can't give it as a gift because of the screw up.

ordered these daughter i love you eggs,when the arrived ,said MADE in CHINA,said they were hand made,i give doubt to this going by the origin.cirtificate is just a typed piece of paper which anyone could write. Although no complaints on actual item but as 22 carot gold i am wary of this statement.Think the company should be honest to where these items are made.

Cannot get connected to speak to a live person to query a bill I received that has already been paid in full. I ordered before Christmas and paid for my order. I have the bank statements to prove this. Why have you tried to bill me again? Taking legal advice about this as I can't speak to a person at Bradford to sort this out. Appalling customer service!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After filling out the form on your website, I contacted Bradford Exchange and after about 3 or 4 calls they agreed to send a replacement item at no cost to my father. I thank you and Bradford for assisting in fixing my issue.

My father has a huge collection of your products and one of the items has quit working so Id like to fix it. He called your number and was told he didnt exist although hes bought a huge amount from you. Anyways I need the battery compartment module for the great pumpkin illuminated masterpiece display. Im fine with paying, I just need the part or where I can find it please. My name is first below and his is second if youd like to look him up.
