When I got my first order, it turned out just horrible. I called and spoke to a man that took a lot of time to figure out why it looked so bad.
He figured out that I did not save the file correctly (as a PDF/X). He walked me through on how to do that. Well, I placed another order and this time the book came out wonderful.
I am so happy with The Book Patch. Thank you!

Have written 2 books and always had no issues getting copies printed when needed. Several days ago went into my account to reorder both.
At first they both showed under my account, but when i tried to order my first one, "My Broken Heart" it gave me an error, then I could no longer see that book under my account.

- - Order last night charged for all books; many were cut off.
- - Asks to cancel or correct visa charge and to call Carolyn Fetscher at (305) 666-****.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was unsettled that I couldn't reach the company, but they shortly later called a number of times to resolve my issue and completely restored my faith in them.
Its a very good company overall, but they have so much work, that its hard for them to keep up with customer phone calls or emails.
Definitely recommend this company. Thank you.
I placed an order last night, and your computer chopped off many of the books but charged me for all the books. Should I cancel the visa charge, or will you straighten this out.

When I click on buy now to order more copies of previously published books, I get a message stating these books cannot be printed because either text and/or cover file is missing. It asks author to upload book text and/or cover files.
I have not changed any files originally sent to Book Patch for the printing of these books.
Not sure why they are missing but Book Patch needs to restore the files so I can reorder. The titles in question are Your Taxpayer Dollars, pub 2/10/2015 and Manufactured Alibis, pub 1/30/2017.

Update (7/23/23): I heard from a representative and she stayed in touch with me for the rest of the transaction (via emails). It turns out that somehow or another my order didn't go through when I ordered the book on The Book Patch's website.
She encouraged me to try ordering again, but this time, instead of a physical book, I purchased the e-Book. That went through easily.

Royalty Check
I havent received my royalties for the books sold on the site! It says you must sell at least $40 and I have exceeded that amount but havent received anything!

- - Website claimed 3-5 day publishing, but it took 5-10 days.
- - 2-day shipping failed to arrive in time.

I should have known you get what you pay for. I relied on their website and ordered a very sentimental and time sensitive book that I wrote for my late father.
I kept calling them to confirm if my order will make it in time. No one answers. Their website is incorrect of 3-5 day publishing time. Now they are telling me they cant ship in time as it takes 5-10 days to publish.
They only have one person who emails back and forth (promptly in a days turnaround). I even paid for 2 day shipping. I am so disappointed and the whole reason I wanted to unveil this book on my dads 1st death anniversary is wasted. I am so so sad I cant present this to my mother as a gift.
Its all because of this companys unclear instructions and bad customer service.
Plus they have limited products to choose them. I would never use them again
