I returned a $34 tumbler that I paid for with credit from something that didnt fit so returned. Tumbler was received by her 2 months before I finally contacted her and after emails she finally agreed to a refund but then didnt give it to me because I used my store credit.
During all of this time many emails were just ignored.
I shopped weekly with this company buying thousands of dollars. I z was a weekly shopper for a year spending thousands of dollars with this seller
