DO NOT GO TO AVVO and get "free advice" from this *** Lisa Bloom Attorney. She has no idea what she is talking about. She gave me TERRIBLE advice. I filed my case late, because I found out too late that different states have different rules. I read on the internet that she got her job cause she f-...d the owner of Avvo Mark Britton. Incredible. So every time you punch in some issue and Avvo shows up, her *** picture of he *** Waspy little *** face shows up. What a complete scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME dealing with this ***.

Your comment about Lisa could not be further from the truth. I know Lisa and her mother and that she is exceptionally qualified.
I also know few attorneys as passionate about representing women as Lisa and Gloria whom I consider the best in their field. Shame on you for making slanderous comments that could never be proven as factual. Your First Amendment Rights do not entitle you to slander and liable a person in a public forum especially when you could not have solid evidence to substantiate your claim.
If I were Lisa or Mark, I would file suit against you. And BTW, Lisa was born to a Jewish mother and therefore not a WASP.

Slander is spoken. I think libel, which is written, is the word you were after. Truth is an absolute defense against any claims of slander or libel.
