No the issue was not resolved I contacted them a few times they got back a few times for details but it went no further

We had some blinds fitted and they were expensive but looked the business but one day not long after they were installed the largest window blind fell crashing to the floor I contacted them they sent a man round who said the blind was broken hed take it away and have it fixed we never saw him or the blind again I phoned them up about this and they said Ill find out what happened and Ill get back to you but nothing happened I tried calling them many times but no answer I sent emails off to them and got no reply at all I thought they may have gone out of business but it must be 18 months later a text came asking me to buy some blinds a sale I think so I tried to send a message detailing my experience but again nothing from them the blind that is in question is over £600. I think the problem with the blinds were they are too heavy for the fittings they came with.weve had a bare window for over a year hoping that they will come back and fit it again
