Received wrinkled tux
We went into this tux store inside Nordstrom. $300 later we received a wrinkled tux.
I called customer service and she told me to go the the dry cleaners and have it pressed.
Then she said she would re-imburse $15.00. For $300.00 I should not have to take it to have pressed.
User's recommendation: Go to your local tuxedo shop.
