Dr. Horndeski is selling snake oil.
His method produces flat, square, misshapen breasts. My breasts look horrible, the nipples are too high, my scars are wide and too high and I have an irregular breast shape. During my consultation to have this "procedure" corrected I was measured and my nipples are at 19" and 19.5", 1/2 inch difference and still two to three inches too high. I will never look attractive in clothing, swimsuits again!
Worst $14k I've ever spent and I'm still dealing with all this in therapy. Please check his State of Texas Disciplinary actions and all of the bad reviews online...

Dr Gary Horndeski used to be an engineer who THINKS he is a gualified plastic surgeon. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Horndeski has destroyed so many others lives, including myself, that he should be removed entirely from the medical community. When you see the photos of my breast lift, you will be appalled. He needs to put up the knife forever and go back to sweeping floors. BEWARE ALL.....never set foot in Houston.....
Dr Gary M Horndeski has been touting scarless breastlifts on his website which is an out and out deceptive posting. Do the right thing and do your due diligence BEFORE you let him get within a mile of yourself with a scalpel.
Not only did Horndeski destroy my breats, he ruined them beyond any secondary revision. I am left badly scarred for the rest of my life.

I’m 1.5 out from bellesoma! It was worst decision of my life.
My breast developed lumps, seromas, 7 infections, nerve pain. Because all these issues I had to have 3 revisions and now basically a mastectomy.
I just don’t feel like a woman anymore and the doctor I happened to work for so I saw many patients come in with same issues! Run from bellesoma or no scar breast lift

I had bellesoma done by Jon ver halen of Colleyville, TX, trained by horndeski. I’ve had 3 revisions because I worked for dr ver halen.
I’ve had this issue for over a year, pain, seromas, deformities, massive scars and wounds. Dr ver halen fired me as employee after 2 years for No reason and fired me as a patient. I’m in such agony and trying to get to another surgeon to fix DR VER HALENS mistake is so difficult.
I’ve turned him into the medical board and his license is suspended temporarily but women run from him! He has ruined my life.

Need 4th Reconstructive Surgery After Bellesoma Method / Horndeski Method

This "doctor" changes the name of his procedure periodically so that he can hide his negative reviews. It has been called "The Horndeski Method", the "Ultimate Breast Lift" and now "The Bellesoma Method".
RUN! My nipples are too high, my horizontal scars cut across my ***, they are pointed, weird angled, dog-eared and flat! He did one revision in office without anesthesia that sent me into shock, I had another revision by a reputable surgeon that helped a lot but didn't fix it all the way so I'm having to have a crease reconstruction, surgical mesh placed during my 4th procedure to see if we can stop these stargazer nipples from popping out of every bra and top I have. He ruined my life.
He does not care about you as a patient at all. I am going to have to spend $40k in total to fix what he charged me $13k for! Do yourself a favor and REALLY INVESTIGATE him before considering. Review sites like Realself.com take down every negative review I've written, including those of 12 more ladies - and these are just the ones I'm aware of.
Why? Because he pays for adverting through them and they do everything they can to bury his negative press. He has renamed this procedure so many times, an effort to avoid the negative reviews being found on the internet! Run a court background and case search to find his malpractice suits, run a search at the Texas Medical Board to find the multiple disciplinary actions he has undergone, including referral for psychiatric evaluation.
Ask him which hospitals he has lost privileges at.
Find out why there is no neutral third party peer review publications touting his "method". Dig deep because he has made it where you have to, but make sure you are VERY CLEAR about how bad an outcome you could receive, then make sure you are able to handle the permanent disfigurement and the 40k+ in funds it will take to get you looking anything close to human again before you meet with him.

Don't Trust Review Sites on the Horndeski Method / Bellasoma Method or HorndeskiBellesoma Method / Ultimate Breast Lift

I just had my negative review of Dr. Horndeski's snake oil breast lift procedure removed from a very popular review site that he spends thousands of dollars advertising with and which they've named him "Top Doctor" - he needs to ask himself if paying to be a "top doctor" and unethically having negative reviews removed feeds that shallow ego of his or satiates that black soul.
How much money is he really willing to take from unsuspecting women after he butchers them? Since there seems to be no legal recourse because let's face it, the good ole boy medical system is reluctant to say he did anything "wrong" other than a "poor result" - we need to all go to the Better Business Bureau and make sure he has an *** grade. I can't in good conscious let other women suffer what I have simply because a few review sites take down the negative reviews and he has some internet troll working in a basement somewhere to hide them from SEO sweeps.

Dr. Gary Horndeski is a liar, false advertiser, plastic surgeon *** who has ruined lives and lost hospital privileges, been disciplined by the Texas Medical Board, been sued and lost and yet somehow continues to butcher women through his false advertising claims of "no-scar", "limited scar," procedures, etc.
He employs all sorts of tactics to bury his bad reviews and claims he is a "top doctor" on a site that removes the bad reviews because he pays a fee to advertise with them. DO YOUR HOMEWORK This man shouldn't be anywhere near a scalpel or sutures. His skill at suturing is not as good as my third-grade neighbor. Additionally, I find it hard to believe he has an "engineering" degree because he can't seem to place where a woman's breast fold is, or measure and calculate distance.
I will have my 5th procedure soon. I had to have skin stretchers inserted like someone who has undergone a mastectomy to get enough skin to fix the fact he placed my inframammary incision 2 1/2 inches into my breast mound! Additionally, my nipples are so high I'm not sure they will ever fit inside my bra! Run away!
Don't believe a word he says and take a look at my picture. If you can't tell that my bra line is where my fold is, there is something wrong!

Botched rhinoplasty
He is the worst person ever. I had a rhinoplasty in 2010, and it was a disaster. I would love for his license to be taken away, and him pay restitution to all injured patients.
If the Bellasoma lift is supposed to be scarless, the patient I read about had insisions not placed under breast in crease but slashed through the lower pole breast tissue itself. Inaddition the scars formed like an upside down horse shoe with deep insisions in the inner aspects of the breast from top to bottom.
I saw an incredible amount of careful markings with pens but post op nothing appeared to make sense. I am not a surgeon but I was shaken by this patient who now is facing Part 2 of the surgery to get rid of scars and dodgers.
I feel badly for her but she appears to be ok at this stage. The other comments made me more aware that this could have been a better experience for the Pt.

Bellesoma Method Ruined my ***

The Horndeski Method, also called the Ultimate Breast Lift, also called the Bellesoma Method is snake oil! This doctor left me permanently disfigured. My *** don't even look like *** anymore. I need a reconstructive surgery I cannot afford and he doesn't seem to give a ***.
He will keep marketing his bs procedure, and changing the name, and trying to bury every negative review he can as long as he can make money off the scarred up *** of his victims. I spent $16k I will never get back and will need to spend another $20k to fix this.
I need a second job to be able to afford to correct what he did and I'm tired of his office avoiding my phone calls, and refusing to give me my money back! It may be time to go another route....
