WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REGIS I LOVED SO MUCH

I HAVE BEEN A REGIS CLIENT FOR YEARS. AND MOST OF THE GUYS IN MY FAMILY ALWAYS WENT TO MASTERCUTS. AS I DID TO FOR HAIRCUTS AND RETOUCHES. BUT BOTH USE TO WORK TOGETHER AND BOTH HAD THE BEST STYLISTS IN THE BUSINESS. I SHOULD KNOW LIKE I SAID IVE BEEN GOING TO THEM BOTH FOR YEARS IM TALKING 30 AT LEAST IM 55. SO SINCE THE SO CALLED BEAUTIFUL GROUP TOOK OVER I WAS SHOCKED AT THE CHANGE THE CHANGE IN PRICING THE CHANGE IN SALES. ESPECIALLY THE CHANGE IN MY HAIRSTYLIST WHO WAS WITH THE COMPANY HAPPILY FOR AT LEAST 20 OF THE 30 YEARS I HAVE BEEN GOING TO REGIS. ALL OF THE GOOD PEOPLE LEFT. AND HER TOO. IVE BEEN TO 6 OTHER HAIR DRESSERS SINCE THEN AND ALL OF THEM WERE OK STYLISTS. THEY HAD NO EXPERANCE ON UPDATED TRENDS OR PRODUCT KNOWLAGE. THEY SEEM TO THINK THEY WERE TOO GOOD TO HAVE AN OLDER REGIS CLIENT IN THERE CHAIR. ONE WHO MIGHT I ADD GOES AND SPENDS 100 TO 300 A MONTH DEPENDING ON MY MONTH AND BUSINESS APPOINTMENTS. BUT THEY HAD NO KNOWLAGE OF WHATS NEW WHAT IS IN EACH PRODUCT. OR WHY I WOULD WANT THE SAME PRODUCT IN DIFFERNET LINE. THEY SEEMED SHOCKED WHEN I ASKED WHAT HAPPENED TO MY REGULAR HAIR DRESSER AND COULDNT ANSWER ME THEY COULDNT SEEEM TO FIND MY FILE OR HAIR HISTORY WHITCH IS ODD CAUSE IVE BEEN GOING TO THE SAME ONE FOR YEARS. THE MUSIC WAS SLOW DULL AND BORING. THE SALON WAS UNRULLY UNTIDY AND THE NEW MANAGER WAS VERY NOT TO BE BOTHERED WHEN ANOTHER YOUNGER STYLIST ASKED HER A QUESTION. ALL THE UPDATED HAIR BOOKS WERE GONE ALL THE SALE ITEAMS WERE TAKEN AWAY AND THE PRICES TRIPPLED FOR A DIFFERNT STYLIST THE LAST 6 MONTHS. I KNOW BEAUTIFUL WHEN I SEE IT AND QUIT FRANKLY IT WAS AN UGLE SITE FOR SORE EYES.
