Dishonest and predatory

Ordered their product for my son for Christmas. I didn't realize they would be predatory and sign me up to their "Subscription" without my consent. I caught it almost immediately and let them know to cancel. However, they get those shipments out really fast, and now I have to pay shipping to return it and get my refund. I'm certain they'll try and find a way to not give it to me, and I'll need to report this to my bank as fraud. I highly recommend avoiding this company. Truly a scam. I'll be posting this everywhere I can to warn others.

Another Messed Up Order

So i had 7 orders with thiz company in the last 4 months, every single time, there was either a product short, or the products were not even there at all, then they started cancelling my orders, refunded me, after waiting 4 days for the order, they send me a refund, then i had to wait 5 days for my money again, then i placed the order again yesterday after not hearing anything from then in regards with just sending it out again, then today they send out the exact same order again, as a duplicate, so i have 3 of the same orders on the way, which means i paid 3 times for the 3 diffrent/but exactly the same orders, then customer care does not care, they do not get back to you for over a week now. I am sick of the poor service that i as a customer are receiving from them sta

They suck

The Beard Club regularly trick customers into signing up for an expensive monthly subscription service, for every transaction. Without even making an account, or mentioning the subscription nature of the business anywhere except fine print, they sign you up for monthly orders that increase in price.

They claim that it's obvious, but it is in the fine print right under the "place order" button only.

On top of this, they claim to give email warnings, but they warn you when the order is ALREADY placed.

In their email responses to me, and in responses to others' reviews, they make it clear that they think it is the consumers' responsibility to cancel the subscription, a subscription that no one knew about. They also seem to think that consumers must pay return shipping just to get a refund on something they never authorized.

Think about this from an actual human's perspective. You get drunk one night and want to spoil yourself. Perhaps your young daughter, or your grandma with dementia are determined to give a cool gift to their relative with a beard.

They put in the info and click buy. But they aren't buying 50 bucks of beard oil. They are buying $750 of beard oil throughout the year, with the only indication being fine print. Is that not a bit evil and greedy?

Are we as consumers expected spend hours a week reading all the fine print we encounter, or else we get scammed?

Because that is the world that The Beard Club lives in. Where consumers must be hyper-perceptive, or else, they pay the cost.

I CANCELLED. WHY AM I STILL PAYING?

I have stopped ALL deliveries from beardclub and they still are charging me per month. Ive now been charged twice for nothing. I want to demand a refund of $160 because I received no product for these charges. I wish I could give a 0 star rating overall.

Automatic Monthly refills

I ordered the starter kit (oil, vitamins, derma roller) in January 2022. I liked the convenience and the products are okay.

What was NOT okay, was that the next month they sent me a text and an e-mail to send me another starter kit. When I tried to change the order they cancelled me. I thought there was a misunderstanding and corresponded with their customer service. I told them the items I wanted and got "un"cancelled.

The next month, I again got another text and an e-mail for the starter kit they wanted to send me. Once again, I contacted them and let them know I did not need the starter kit, but would like just the vitamins and that would be all. two days later I received an e-mail stating my starter kit was on it's way. I cancelled my "subscription".

Today, I received a notification that my starter kit would be mailed. Good luck with that! I cancelled the card I had used for payment.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHARLATANS! The convenience is completely eclipsed by their lack of common sense customer service.

Return of all products and full refund

The pt45 trimmer does not perform and I did not sign up for a monthly subscription. It says online that you can return within 30 days. My purchase date was 2/3/22. How do I returnand to what address?

User's recommendation: Look for the fine print…even though it may not be there! I was automatically signed up for a monthly subscription without any notification to me. And…the pt45 beard trimmer did dot work properly and the Beard Club said that it was not returnable even thoug on the website at purchase it indicated a30 day return. Beard Club was totally deceptive!
