First of all, I have a plethora of photos and correspondence to back up my issue. In November 2022, I purchased a sofa at The Bay.
After I had it for a few months, a friend pointed out that the legs were not properly grounded to the floor. I phoned The Bay and an independent contractor came, inspected it, and determined that the frame was broken. The Bay then delivered a similar sofa to me. I was satisfied for a few months.
Unfortunately, the new model had the same problem with the legs not being secure to the floor. I live alone and the sofa has barely been sat on by anyone and has never been used by two people simultaneously.
I have emailed customer assistance and The Bay has stated that there is only a one-year warranty. Please assist me in obtaining a refund.
Preferred solution: Full refund
