I had a hard time finding a particular battery and was pleased to find it here. And the price was much better than any other place that had alternative batteries. And when it arrived, I found the packaging to be very easy to open, which was a plus. I will definitely buy from here again.

Ordered a Varta watch battery on 5/3/21 that was shipped the next day and arrived via USPS on 5/7/21. The battery is currently installed in my Seiko and working fine. I had no reason to contact them after the initial order conformation or shipment, so I cannot give a bad review other than the shipment confirmation email was a little confusing showing a "tracking number" that was not mine. The tracking number given showed a "completed" delivery to another address in another state on the SAME day I actually placed the order, which made no sense. The exact battery as ordered was received in a small unmarked zip lock bag which is how I assume they can keep prices reasonable and shipping free. The battery in the zip lock bag was placed inside a folded receipt in a standard letter size envelope. other

User's recommendation: I will order another hard to find size in the future from them.

Bad batteries

I purchase these batteries for my colchear implant hearing aids Finally arrived I use two in the pack five minutes they went out try another different pack same thing happen again. I call twice voice mail is full left two emails nothing this is sad I needed some batteries.

I purchase 18 packs of zenipower A675 mercury free hearing aid battery same day they arrived .I used them the same day two went out in five minutes try another pack same thing happen again try calling answer machine is full left two emails no reply back

The abysmal customer service and lack of professional ethics is SO not worth shopping at this place. I had trouble from the beginning, checking out online, which I should have taken as a warning. I called customer service and got passed around a few times (!) but managed to complete my order. I was never again able to contact them, call goes direct to voice mail and the mailbox is perpetually FULL. The advertised shipping time of 2-4 days is a fabrication. My only recourse is to settle with my card company, which also takes a lot of time!

I purchased a few different battery sizes from "thebattererysupplier.com" on Wed. Nov. 7 & received the order on Fri Nov. 9. On checking the shipment, I found that the 12- 9 volt batteries were outdated. The Duracell published life for them is 5 years. On calling Duracell, they advised that the 5 years goes back from the expiration date printed on the items. The expiration of these batteries is listed as Dec., 2020, or only 2 years left on their life, not the 5. I immediately called this supplier & had to leave a message on their tape recorder & then emailed them. I called again on Saturday, Sunday & today Monday & still got the same recording. I have not received any answer from them. I would not recommend buying from them, They're BAD ACTORS!

Completely agree. I've called for 2 months.

Once the recording said they were closed for Passover!! They are crooks.
