Don't ever take out a credit card with them!

NI have had both a Visa,& MC with this bank (tho it bought or changed names quite a,few years,ago) for about 30 years. A,few,years ago I stopped getting monthly statements for both but finally started getting one for Visa but not MC.

...also over a year ago I did notget my renewal card but when I would call there was a,recording stating for some strange reason they were having cards sent out. I called several times & also asked why I was not getting statements because it seemed some if my payments weren't even getting posted--,probably because I sentbthem in my own envelope with a note with my credit card #. I woukd get calls from 4 differant bank nanes--,the most common being the Credit Store--,each time saying they would fix the problem. At one ppintbI asked for the address of their complaint dept.& was told they did not have one!--,a business either no complaint dept.?!!

Twice I was told the last few months that my card had been cancellled!!. I asked why & of course put on hold but when came back both times I was told they did not know why!! Like a fool I jave been sending a $35 payment every month butvwhen I asked during 2 phone calls how much I still owed the amount had gone up instead of down!!-- that means tgeybeithervare not posting my payments or someone had gotten my new card & was using it!

This is by far thecworst banknon your list. I honestly don't know how they can stay in business!!!
