A Collective Complaint helps you unite consumers dealing with the same issue, such as wrong charges, unexpected fees, damaged items, or misleading promises. It goes beyond a single review by growing stronger with every signature, making it harder to ignore. Once you reach 20 supporters, we’ll send it to the company to encourage a response.

Screwed us over and left us hanging

AI Highlights
  • - He failed to show up and didn't call in for scheduled meetings.
  • - He lied and was unprofessional; do not share personal information.

We hired David Winters, DBA The Back Office, that supposedly has offices in 6 states, to help us with our new business and he seemed like real nice guy until he would make appointments and not show up. We would call and he would set up a phone conference and not call in.

He has lied to us from the get go and he has caused us a great deal of embarrassment and upset by his lack of professionalism. He contacted our customer and left them very unhappy.

Bad business man and one to stay way away from!

He is a liar, a bad business man and I believe a crook. This is a man you give your most private business information to like tax returns, all info that a CPA would compile and he cannot be trusted under any circumstances, Do NOT give this man, or his so called company, The Back Office any personal information.

They are liars and thieves and will never return your calls. Don't believe how many employees they say they have, it has always been Dee, David and maybe one other person
