Online access on iPad

Good evening, I have an online and paper subscription. When I want to read an article from the Newsletter on my iPad I receive a notice saying how many articles are left to read free. This means that on my iPad I am not recognised as a subscriber. If I click on "sign in" and fill my email and password I am not recognised either, even after several trials This problem does not appear either on my desktop or Samsung smartphone. However my preference to read articles is my iPad. Can you please ensure that my account info is recognised on my iPad (iOS 9). A faithful reader but "Pissed Customer"!! Daniel Malkin
