The Pulse

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I have been a subscriber to The Athletic since 2017 and have been a daily reader of The Pulse until two weeks ago. Suddenly, I have no longer receiving it.

Why has this happened? I am receiving the other contents of The Athletic, but not The Pulse.

Please start sending The Pulse to me. It is a "must read".

Unresolved. They said they would get someone with more expertise involved, but I have yet to hear from anyone.

My account page has said I have no subscription for months now. Today I was charged $71.99 for the renewal of a subscription I didn't know I had.

I cannot cancel the subscription from my account page as I have been told to do. What procedure should I follow?

Subscription cancellation

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I cancelled my subscription today, Nov. 2, the day my subscription was set to renew, but by the morning y'all had already billed my credit card for one full year at $71.99. Please remove that charge. I'm not paying for a year's subscription that I've cancelled.

If you want to prorate a one-day charge, that's fine. That's 20 cents. Or a week. Or, *** even a month. But no reputable company charges a customer one years subscription for less than ala day of subscribing before Day 1 has even begun.

Also, surely yall can afford to install a customer service phone line and have some respond to subscriber concerns.

The company could make the communication process much easier. In addition, changing a subscription from monthly to yearly, or vice versa, should not involve having to closed the account and begin another.
