Wrong case received

My order was delivered while I was out of town. The day we returned I opened the box and advised the company that the wrong style of cas was delivered. I have a Samsung flip phone and the case they sent was not for a flip. They advised they would not replace as I did not notify them within two days of delivery. Even after I explained I was not in town they would not reconsider.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from this company.

Tried to cancel order phone number rejects automatically no email reply’s

Tried to cancel order by calling, automatically says call rejected, no email replys, charged for product, no way to get in contact with them if a problem arises, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Look on the website for warranty information. There is none because these products apparently have none. I bought an iPhone 11 case for a Christmas gift. It broke almost immediately but because it was not reported within 48 hours of receiving it (in November when ordered for a gift) it was not returnable. They would rather hide behind the fine print of their terms than stand behind their product. What about a warranty claim? Apparently there is no warranty to claim. Worst customer experience Ive had in a long time. Caveat emptor.

I also had a terrible experience with The Armour Case. I ordered a case specifically for my brand and model of my cell phone and when I did receive it a month later the function buttons do not line up with my phone making the case useless.

Also the case is does not provide superior protection as advertised. No customer support whatsoever.

No refund. Stay away.
