Horrific "Luxury" Home Builder Experience With The Aristo Company
- - Neighbors report inferior workmanship and defects from The Aristo Company.
- - Claims of 'Certified Green' contradicted by energy issues and water damage.
Do not trust this builder! We had plans to build with The Aristo Company but as my wife and I spoke to future neighbors in the lakefront subdivision by this builder, we were horrified by the level of inferior workmanship, bad installations, and the numerous defects of all types that these kind folks shared.
We wanted to believe this builder cared about building an energy efficient home since they claim to be "Certified Green" but we saw only the opposite with windows failing, gaps in framing, furnaces with low efficiencies, and even missing insulation. Almost everyone we spoke to showed us water damage in their home too. Some had some pretty bad flooding situations that they covered with their home insurance since Aristo did not take responsibility for it.
We were so thankful the folks there took time to warn us to be sure to pick another builder. It's appalling how this builder will lie to your face!
