Concession stand service
- - Long lines and wait times for food during the event.
- - The venue was pleasant, but concession service and policies were unacceptable.
The lines were massively long. The wait time was horribly unacceptable; I missed half of the concert waiting on food to be served.
There needs to be a better structuring of how food is distributed to its patrons.
The environment is nice, a beautiful area, but the concession stand wait time, customer service, and the policy of all of that were very unacceptable. I am very disappointed.
